Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cup coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk

3/4 Cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon cloves

1/4 cup chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk together pumpkin, milk, vanilla and spices.

3. Chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.
