I have been involved in strength and conditioning for most of my life. In the last 12 years, I have been driving race cars on a professional level.
I met Jason during this time. Auto racing is very physical and grueling. My body was developing serious imbalances and I was in pain much of the time.
After a few discussions with Jason, I knew he could help. His knowledge of strength and conditioning is encyclopedic. His ability to spot movement issues during his assessment of me was spot on.
Jason’s great eye for improving the quality of movement helped me to decrease my pain, become stronger, and be more durable to successfully manage the physical demands of life and racing. I worked with Jason for two years. What I learned from Jason will stay with me for a lifetime.
I wanted to share how life-changing/saving it was to have a coach during my pregnancy. Early on in my second trimester I felt so incredibly tired all of the time and a little out of sorts with all of the changes going on with my body that were outside of my control.
I decided to try a free consultation with Jason and was immediately impressed by his knowledge, expertise, and genuine care about my situation. I took the leap and signed up, it was the best thing I could have done for myself and my baby during pregnancy.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without our sessions. They helped to re-energize me on the days that I felt exhausted, they helped me to feel empowered and in control (during a time when there were so many things going on outside of my control!), they helped me to be strong and balanced during pregnancy, and they helped to make delivery easier, and shorten my postpartum recovery.
Every session I felt a new sense of accomplishment and I almost always had several wins to celebrate! I don’t know what I would do without my training sessions and without Jason!

Jason made staying strong and healthy during my pregnancy and after a reality! I met Jason at 26 weeks pregnant with my third baby and was just about ready to throw in the towel on exercise.
We started training at 28 weeks and straight through until two days before delivery. He made me feel comfortable, confident, and safe the entire time.
We started training again immediately once I was given the approval by my physician and I have never felt better! Thanks to Jason I run circles (literally) around my 3 kids.
