Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, hemp, rice or oat milk (or combination of any)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Optional Add-ins:

  • Protein Powder of choice

  • Collagen powder (unflavored)

  • MCT oil or powder

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of fresh berries
